The PC21-SH Series is fabricated from a 2 mil (0.08") thick polyester film that is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 400°F (204° C), making these tapes ideal for elevated temperature masking applications in painting, coating and surface finishing processes. This tape is specially constructed with a 1.5 mil (0.06") thick silicone adhesive that is designed to be removed without leaving an adhesive residue behind upon removal, ensuring a clean and finished surface. Not only are these tape rolls made from 2 millimeter (0.08") polyester, they're also made from 1.5 millimeters (0.06") of a silicone adhesive. This mixing of materials makes for a strong, visually distinct tape that's ideal for general purpose powder coating applications.
